Rooibos, also known as South African red tea, is obtained from the South African Aspalathus linearis shrub. It produces a reddish infusion with a very pleasant, slightly sweet flavor. It contains no sugar, theine, or caffeine. Therefore, it is suitable for everyone, even children, the elderly, and people with high blood pressure. It has antioxidant properties, and its vitamin C and other nutrients help combat aging.
Each unit corresponds to 100 grams.

Extra-quality caffeine-free infusion from Southern Africa. Long-stemmed, golden in color in the cup, and with a pleasant, slightly sweet flavor.
How to prepare:
1. Add one dessert spoon per cup (200 ml).
2. Pour in boiling water.
3. Let it steep, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes (as desired).
4. Remove the leaves and drink the infusion.
