"Huang Ya" Yellow Tea. Originating in Simao in the Yunnan region of China, it is obtained through a delicate, complex, and prolonged process. It achieves a delicate and smooth character. Its dark green and grayish leaves allow us to obtain a bright, soft yellow infusion with a spicy, woody, and sweet flavor. It has a floral, fresh, and fruity aroma.

How to prepare:
1. Add one dessert spoon of tea per cup (200 ml).
2. Pour water at a temperature of 70°C.
3. Steep, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves and drink the infusion.
