Indian tea from the province of Assam, excellent value, harvested in late August, with a slightly spicy flavor and a coppery color in the cup.
How to prepare:
1. Place one dessert spoon of tea per cup (200 ml).
2. Pour boiling water over the tea.
3. Let it steep, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves and drink the infusion.
