Darjeeling black tea from the Bengal region of India. It's called first harvest because it comes from the harvest of the first buds, in mid-March, after the spring rains have passed. We obtain an infusion with a pale amber color, some say golden, and even bright. It has a floral aroma and a refreshingly sweet flavor. It is highly recognized in the United Kingdom and the countries that made up the former British Empire.
Each unit corresponds to 100 grams.

How to prepare:
1. Place one dessert spoon of tea per cup (200 ml).
2. Pour boiling water over the tea.
3. Let it steep, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes.
