The magnificent properties of Green Tea combined with the anti-inflammatory, energizing, circulation-stimulating properties and vitamin B and C of Red Ginseng, used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine.

How to prepare:

1. Place one dessert spoon of tea per cup (200 ml).

2. Pour water at 70°C (158°F).

3. Steep, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Remove the tea leaves and drink the infusion.
